Packaging, Delivery & Lead Times

All prints are hand-packaged with care and framed to order. Please allow 2–4 working days for unframed prints and 4–5 working days for framed prints to be processed before shipping. During busy periods — such as Black Friday, Christmas, and seasonal sales — lead times may be slightly longer.

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service for peace of mind and reliable delivery.

Unfortunately, shipping to the EU and USA is currently paused due to complex tax and customs regulations that are tricky to manage as a small business. We hope to offer international shipping again in the future!

If you need to amend your order or delivery details, please get in touch within 24 hours of placing your order. We will always do our best to accommodate changes, but once your order is in progress, updates may not be possible.

All of our prints are produced in-house using high-quality inks and carefully selected papers. As a small, independent business, we print in small batches to minimise waste and maintain sustainable practices.

Because of this artisanal, small-batch approach,  and the nature of ink and paper, you may notice very slight variations in colour or tone between different print runs. These subtle differences are a natural result of the printing process and the materials we use, especially as factors like humidity, paper stock, and ink flow can vary slightly over time.

Please also note that the paper weight may vary between designs. This is because the type of paper plays a big role in how colours appear and how the overall design comes to life. We carefully select the paper for each print to ensure the colours are vibrant, true to the artwork, and shown at their absolute best. Depending on what suits the design, paper weights typically range from 170gsm to 250gsm.

We offer a framing service to save you the hassle of sorting it yourself — your print will arrive ready to hang and enjoy! The range of frames we offer are available to view when you click on each product, from natural wooden finishes to bold, colourful bobbin frames — there’s something to suit every style.

However, if you’d like to return your order, please get in touch with me to arrange the return.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order, and items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and unfortunately, we can’t be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the return journey.
