Hey, I’m Tilly...
The artist behind the prints and the founder of this business.
I grew up on a dairy farm, and cows quickly became my favourite (and most available!) subject to draw and paint. I actually did a whole art project in sixth form painting cows on huge canvases - and that’s what really got me hooked on creating art that makes people smile.
I went on to study Agriculture with Animal Science at Newcastle University. I absolutely loved it, but soon realised that full-time farming wasn’t quite my vibe - I’m more of a “put my wellies on when I feel like it” kind of farmer. While studying, I also completed an online diploma in Interior Design.
After Uni, I went travelling for a while and then came back and landed a job in interior design, where I still work today - and I really love it.
I started this business in January 2025, originally just to help fund the early stages of starting my own fabric line. I was applying for funding, and the prints were meant to be a temporary way to bridge the gap. As it turned out, the fabric funding didn’t come through - but everything happens for a reason. What started as a side project has grown into something much bigger than I ever expected, and I’m so grateful for it.
In fact, the business has grown so much that I’ve recently gone part-time in my interior design job so I can dedicate more time to the prints. It’s now completely taken over my parents' living room! I print, sign, package, and post everything myself - with help from my lovely mum. There’ve been mornings where we’re both up at 5:30am packing orders! I’m so lucky that my whole family mucks in - from my dad to my slightly less helpful 2-year-old niece. I’ve even had full-on production lines going with my dad, brothers, and boyfriend all packaging prints while watching the rugby!
It still amazes me that people want to put my prints in their own homes. I love to
see customer pictures of them in situ - that novelty will never wear off. I feel incredibly lucky to be doing what I love, so thank you so much for visiting my online shop, and for all your support.
